UW College of Business Student Success Center to be Temporarily Closed for Move

The University of Wyoming’s Peter M. and Paula Green Johnson Student Success Center in the College of Business will temporarily be closed from Tuesday, July 23, through Friday, July 26. The center’s staff will relocate from the College of Business first floor to a temporary location in the lower level of the building.

The temporary closure kicks off phase one of a complete restructuring and renovation of the new Peter M. and Paula Green Johnson Student Success Center, which will include a dedicated entrance and an open floor plan, a reception and common area, flexible office space, interview and conference rooms, and technology-rich sales simulation spaces.

Services offered by the center are scheduled to reopen during regular business hours Monday, July 29, in the temporary location until renovations to the center’s permanent location are complete in the 2020-21 academic year.

“I am so proud of the decision our college has made to reinvest in our students through this center,” says Steve Russell, the center’s director. “This renovation plan is in line with our college commitment to creating an inclusive environment for learning and professional development, and proving opportunities for engagement beyond the classroom.”
