Want to learn more about digital accessibility and how to fix accessibility issues on your website? The university has purchased a product called AMP (Accessibility Management Platform) from a company named Level Access. The wide scope of this software includes valuable tools including a best practices database and a training video library that both provide the educational materials needed to design, build and test digital assets that conform to specific accessibility requirements.
AMP is set up to work with the university’s single sign on system with the link below.
In AMP, the best practices database is under the left hand menu and is labeled “Guidance”. Each best practice is supported with a description, compliant and non-compliant examples, recommendations, standards and tests. You can use this resource to develop and remediate website accessibility issues within your site.
In AMP, the link labeled “University” in the left hand menu takes you into Access University. Here you will find training videos on a number of accessibility topics.
