Hanna Ahuja grew up in India and moved to Rock Springs, Wyoming when she was sixteen years old. Since she was a young girl, she dreamt of becoming a physician and helping her community. In May 2020, she graduated from University of Wyoming with a bachelor's in physiology with minors in neuroscience and honors. Following graduation, Hanna worked for the CDC Foundations as a clinical laboratory scientist at Wyoming Public Health Laboratory. During her time there she was able to serve the people of Wyoming, as a part of the COVID-19 pandemic surge response team for over a year. Hanna is excited to explore different specialties in medicine, especially emergency medicine and primary care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking different kinds of cuisine, dancing, listening to music, traveling and spending time with family.
