Carter was born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming. In 2020, he graduated with a bachelor’s in molecular biology and physiology, with a minor in honors from the University of Wyoming. After graduation, his fascination with medicine drove him to become a patient care technician in a Cancer Center infusion room, further solidifying his interest in health care. Carter is excited to spend time experiencing the broad range of specialties available to determine which field of practice he would like to pursue. In his free time, he can usually be found in the mountains snowboarding, riding motorcycles, or fishing but he also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
