Our primary goal is to serve people with dementia who are living in Albany County, Wyoming. However, we will do our best to serve any person in Wyoming who may benefit from these services.

SHARE for Dementia – A care-planning program for families and their loved ones in early- moderate- stage dementia. Available by phone, online, or in-person. The goals of SHARE are to:
Support care partners and help them communicate effectively and plan for the future
Promote health and well-being, and decrease stress
Encourage participation in fulfilling activities
Learn about available resources that reflect care partners’ values and preferences
Provide education about dementia and how to manage changes that lie ahead
Wyoming Dementia Together: Wyoming Dementia Together is a community of experienced professionals who partner with caregivers to provide confidential education and support free of cost to those whose loved ones are living with dementia. Receive bi-weekly education and support that is specifically tailored to you and other families and friends of people living with dementia in the Rocky Mountain region.
Caregiver Support: Care consultants assist caregivers and/or people with dementia in identifying their support and service needs, connecting them to community-based formal and informal supports, and provide ongoing support. Available by phone, online, or in-person.
Education, Resources and Information: WyCOA is dedicated to providing trustworthy and credible information and resources about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
