About Human Capital Management

In October 2018, UW’s current HR system, HRMS, will be replaced by WyoCloud Human Capital Management (HCM). This new system will change how you view your paycheck, access your W-2, update your personal information, complete performance evaluations, and much more. President Nichols will share why UW is moving to the new WyoCloud Human Capital Management system and the corresponding benefits the institution hopes to gain. Additionally, WyoCloud project leadership will provide an overview of how WyoCloud HCM will affect every UW employee.

For more information about WyoCloud Human Capital Management, visit www.uwyo.edu/wyocloud/ for an overview of future technology and system changes, as well as, WyoCloud systems that have already been implemented including Financial Management, Planning and Budgeting, and Business Intelligence Reporting. For questions about WyoCloud HCM, please reach out to wyocloud@uwyo.edu. For questions about other WyoCloud systems, please reach out to the UW Help Desk emailing userhelp@uwyo.edu or by calling 766-4357 and selecting Option #1.
