Configure Internet Explorer 9 to Allow Viewing of Your Paycheck in WyoWeb UW Employee Self-Service

Introduction

If you experience errors while trying to view your paycheck in WyoWeb Employee Self-Service and you are using the Internet Explorer 9 browser, try the following steps.

Procedure

  • Open Internet Explorer 9 browser, navigate to Tools (Alt + X), and click Internet options in the Tools dropdown menu.
     
  • In the Internet Options window select the Security tab and click the Custom level button.

  • In the Security Settings - Internet Zone window scroll down to Downloads and under the Automatic prompting for file downloads subsection click Enable.

  • Click OK.
