Configure Microsoft Outlook 2007 and 2010 to Access Your UW Email

Introduction

All University of Wyoming (UW) faculty, staff, and students are provided with an email account, and Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web App are the supported applications for accessing this account. These instructions can be used to setup Outlook for users both on Office 365 and on our local exchange servers. These instructions can also be used to configure access for on campus computers and those off-campus or in the residence halls.

For additional information on email policies and procedures at UW, see the UW Email FAQ (www.uwyo.edu/askit/displaydoc.asp?askitdocid=460).

Note: if you are ever prompted for a username, be sure to use your full email address – example: username@uwyo.edu.
