Wyoming African Students Association [WASA]

WASA is a recognized student organization (RSO) at the Universtiy of Wyoming with a mission is to create a strong bond between Africans, increase the number of African students at UW and increase awareness about African culture at UW and in Wyoming.

We strive to represent the real picture of Africa as a continent of dignity, beautiful customs and cultures, passionate talented people who strive for success despite numerous setbacks and a continent of LOVE.

African Awareness Week!
African Countries presented at Union Breezeway Tables for members who are interested in representing their country and culture.
Regular WASA Meeting :
Every Friday's @ 4:30pm at the Union Basement, Room # 002

Community Service @ SafeRide
WASA will be participating in communnity service at SaferRide. Please contact Sammy at sihunwae@uwyo.edu if interested.
