SOCCER INTRAMURAL

There are two WASA soccer teams playing in the intramurals. One is in league A called All Africa Stars and the other is in B called WASA. All Africa Stars plays on Tuesdays at 8pm and WASA plays at 6pm on Mondays. Both games are outdoor and you are all welcome to support.

GETTOGETHER PARTY

Our next get together is coming up in less than a month on October 2, Saturday. We need your cooperation. The suggestion is that we go off campus and have a Braai, Hiking and just getting together. Please let us know what you think.

ISA SOCCER FIESTA

Soccer Fiesta is coming up on October 3rd. This is a fundraising for WASA working together with ISA. Each team is made up of 10players and each player pays $2. Please help us by encouraging people to come register. More teams more money.

DRUMMING SESSION AT UW

Our first drumming session is coming up on October 27th at the UW Union. Please come in numbers as this is one of our best event of the year. We will be dancing and singing to african Rhythms.

THANKSGIVING POTLUCK

We are planning on getting together for a thanksgiving potluck before the thanksgiving break. We hope to see everyone there. Food will be provided. However, it will be really nice if everyone could bring a little something to make this a success.

WASA TALENT SHOW

The International Students Association (ISA) is organizing a Talent Show on November 13, 2010 with WASA partnership. Location to be announced. Everyone is welcome to participate.
