The Undergraduate Certificate in Global Environmental Futures (GEF) is a 9-credit, interdisciplinary program that integrates ecological, political, and cultural approaches to develop global perspectives and address complex environmental challenges. Students may complete the certificate fully online, making it accessible to distance learners.

9 credits

Students complete one foundational core course alongside two elective courses drawn from the Haub School’s varied catalog of field and international courses,  which may optionally include an immersive field experience for additional credit.
