CrossOver (https://www.codeweavers.com/crossover) is a commercial product by CodeWeavers. It is essentially a commercial version of Wine. It's the easiest to use of all the options, and it's also a great way to support the Wine project. It's relatively inexpensive, and there is a trial version which you can use to make sure everything works before you buy it.
There is a short video showing how to install the IECM under CrossOver in the Tutorial Videos section of our website (https://iecm-online.com/). This video was recorded on a Mac, however it should also be helpful for Linux users. The following section will also walk you through the process.
The IECM installer works with CrossOver, although you still have the option of using the portable version if you prefer.
If you are asked to specify which file is the IECM Interface application, e.g. while creating a shortcut, it is iecmint.exe in the folder where the IECM is installed.
There are other options if you are unable to and/or don't want to use Crossover, although they may be more complicated to use. Porting Kit (Mac only), PlayOnMac and PlayOnLinux provide a graphical interface on top of Wine, or you can use Wine directly.
