AV Streaming and Recording Support
CTS has equipment and personnel available to provide streaming and recording support for specialized events that are held in locations without the needed equipment. There are generally two types of systems that are requested and available from CTS. Below are the costs associated with the two systems available.
Full Meeting Video Conference System - $400 a day, one-day minimum
This system is designed to support and record meetings where numerous participants need to have access to microphones and multiple camera angles. An example is the UW Board of Trustee meetings.
- Up to 4 cameras that are set up to capture a full roundtable of participants
- Up to 24 microphones
- In-room PA system
- Control system
- Streaming support to the requested platform
System setup and teardown:
$50 /hr during business hours
$75 /hr during non-business hours
Support Staff to run the system:
$50 /hr during business hours
$75 /hr during non-business hours
Presentation Video Conference System - $200 a day with a one-day minimum
This system is designed to support events that only require one or two microphones and a single camera. An example would be a presentation from a guest speaker.

- Up to 2 Microphones
- Control System
- Streaming support to the requested platform (YouTube, Yuja, etc.)
System setup and teardown:
$50 /hr during business hours
$75 /hr during non-business hours
Support Staff to run the system:
$50 /hr during business hours
$75 /hr during non-business hours
