Effective Tuesday, October 14th, 2025

Information Technology has decommissioned the servers supporting the lecture capture platform, Mediasite, which was operated under the WyoCast designation. The decommissioning took place on October 14th, 2025.

Any media that was still in the WyoCast catalog has been archived and will be available for retrieval until January 15th, 2026. After that date the media will no longer be available. If you want to request a copy of the archived media, please submit a request using the form linked below:

Please note that the retention policy on the WyoCast-Mediasite catalog was 18 months from the time of the original recording. Recordings older than 18 months were likely deleted from the server prior to the decommissioning.
