Downey, McIntyre, and White Hall, offer a more traditional residence hall experience where roommates become close friends and others are just a short walk down the hall. These campus residences offer a variety of amenities including community lounges, study rooms, shared bathrooms, and laundry rooms.

Room Furnishings & Dimensions

One Per Resident

Below, you will find the dimensions of the various furniture and features. Please note that these dimensions are approximate.

	Bed Variable height for single, bunked, or loft-style. When lofted, it is 54" from the ground to the bottom of the mattress.
	Mattress Each bed is equipped with an extra-long twin mattress. 80" L x 39" W x 8" D
	Vanity with Sink, Mirror & Storage Mirror - 22" W x 39" H Under Storage - 48" W x 21" D
	Windows (2) with Built-In Blinds There is a window on each side of the room above the desk. 29" W x 56" H
	Bulletin Board The bulletin board spans the entire length of both sides of the desk. 98" W x 59" H
	Room Height The floor to ceiling height is 8 feet.
	Wardrobe Every room comes with two wardrobes, one for each resident. Hanging Clothes area - 38” W x 23” D x 52” H Shelf - 38” W x 16” D x 22” H Four lower drawers - each 16” W x 18” D x 5” H
	Desk & Chair Each room is equipped with a desk and chair for each resident. McIntyre, Orr, and White have a built-in shared desk where each resident gets three drawers and a side desk table. Top drawer - 16” W x 18” D x 2” H Middle drawer - 16” W x 18” D x 4” H Bottom drawer - 16" W x 18" D x 10" H Side desk table - 26” W x 16” D x 24” H Downey has standalone desks. 38" W x 24" D x 30" H
	Trash Can Every room comes with one trash can to be shared among its occupants.
