McIntyre and Orr Halls offer a traditional residence hall experience. McIntyre Hall offers all room types where roommates become close friends and others are just a short walk down the halls.

Upperclassman Hall at Orr Hall is a new community designed especially for returning, transfer, and graduate students. All rooms are single occupancy, offering increased privacy and space for upperclassmen in the halls. A special block meal plan is available to Orr Hall residents.

Room Height: The floor to ceiling height is 8 feet.
Windows (2) with Built-In Blinds: There is a window on each side of the room above the desk.

Sleeping

Bed: Variable height for single, bunked, or loft-style. When lofted, it is 54" from the ground to the bottom of the mattress.
Mattress: Each bed is equipped with an extra-long twin mattress.

Studying

Desk & Chair Each room has a built-in shared desk where each resident gets three drawers, a side desk table and a chair.
- Top drawer: 16” W x 18” D x 2” H
- Middle drawer: 16” W x 18” D x 4” H

- Side desk table: 26” W x 16” D x 24” H

Vanity with Sink, Mirror & Storage

Wardrobe: Every room comes with two wardrobes, one for each resident.

Bulletin Board The bulletin board spans the entire length of both sides of the desk.

Trash Can: Every room comes with one trash can to be shared among its occupants.
