Password Reset Instructions

Password resets must be completed over the phone or in person due to federal regulations. The Service Center cannot reset the password via email. Please be prepared to talk to us when you need your password reset through the Service Center. The UWIT Help Desk is open during normal University business hours.

If you have not enrolled in the Password Reset Utility, you must call the Help Desk or visit the Walk-in Service Center to reset your password.
