Password Reset Instructions
The UWIT Help Desk cannot reset passwords via email.
To protect your account and comply with security and identity verification requirements, password resets must be completed with the Help Desk over the phone, via Zoom identity verification, or in person. When you call the Help Desk, you will be asked to join a Zoom meeting to verify your identity using a valid photo ID. Please ensure you have a working camera and microphone on your device when joining a Zoom session.
If you have not enrolled in the Password Reset Utility, you must call the UWIT Help Desk to complete identity verification via Zoom or visit the Walk-In Service Center to reset your password.
Once enrolled, you may use the Password Reset Utility to reset your password without contacting the Help Desk.
