Next, click Fuel, the second technology in the Navigation Panel. This will open the first screen in the Fuel technology, which in this case is Config:

The Config screen allows you to configure a fuel blend. We're not going to use a blend for this example, so click the next item in the navigation panel, 2a. Fuel 1 (As-Received), to get to the Fuel Properties screen.

Inputs in the Fuel technology define the composition and cost of the fuel(s) used in the plant. The Fuel Properties screen in particular defines the composition and cost of the fuel. It looks like this:
