Base Plant

Click the Base Plant technology, located just below Fuel in the Navigation Panel:

SET PARAMETERS: Base Plant

Inputs in this technology define performance and costs directly associated with the power plant, particularly the boiler. The first screen in this technology, which is shown when you click on it, is the Boiler Diagram:
