Jordan Hemingway

Jordan Hemingway, Graduate Research & Engagement Librarian

Biography:

Jordan Hemingway is the Graduate Research & Engagement Librarian at UW Libraries. In this role, she develops graduate student programming and services, supports thesis and dissertation research and publishing, and serves as the liaison to the School of Graduate Education. Her current research interests include computational thinking and pedagogy, open access and related movements, collections as data, and student communities of practice. Previously, she served as a Library Specialist in UW Libraries’ Digital Scholarship Center.

Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, playing fetch with her cat Hazel, narrative video games, DIY, tinkering with code, and throwing ideas at any given wall to see what sticks.
