EENR Writing Requirement

There are several options for students to satisfy the EENR writing requirement. Students enrolled in the joint J.D./M.A. in ENR program with the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources can count their thesis toward this requirement. Students not enrolled in the joint J.D./M.A. in ENR program can either (1) complete a seminar paper in one of the Elective EENR Courses listed above; (2) complete an EENR-focused Independent Study paper supervised by a College of Law faculty member; or (3) complete for Wyoming Law Review an EENR-focused student note or comment supervised by a College of Law faculty member. Seminar papers, Independent Study papers, and student notes or comments must satisfy, procedurally and substantively, the law school's Advanced Writing Requirement as set forth in the Student Handbook.
