Leighkaren Labay, the writing consultant from the University’s Writing Center, will start holding office hours via zoom. Her regular schedule will be Tuesday 9:30-11:00a.m. and Thursday 3:00-4:00p.m.  The following information is from Leighkaren on how to schedule an appointment with her: 

My name is Leighkaren Labay, and I will serve as a writing specialist with the College of Law this upcoming year. I am happy to assist with any stage of the writing process. From brainstorming and discussing an assignment to outlining and support with a paper, I am available to offer insight, feedback, and advice. Writing is a skill that takes practice to hone, and feedback is instrumental to confidence and improvement. I hope to have the chance to see many of you during my office hours this semester! Please let me know if nothing in those time ranges is available, and we will work something out. As a rule, I would like to stick to the schedule, but I understand this is not always possible.
