Favorite Part About UW

My favorite part about UW is the people! My time at the university taught me confidence in myself and my ability to make meaningful connections. Because the university has fostered a safe and supportive environment, I have formed close relationships with friends and mentors. This confidence was fostered in the classroom, but also in the many fun ways I got involved. I met great friends through student organizations, student jobs, classes, and Greek life. I also made sincere connections with my professors and mentors who shaped the way I view the world. The UW community helped me make lifelong connections that continue to enhance my life even after my time as a student.
