Karlee Feinen

Hi, my name is Karlee Feinen and I am a MA student in the Department of Anthropology. I am from Champaign, IL. I received my BA in Cultural and Historic Preservation with minors in History and Sociology/Anthropology from Salve Regina University. In 2022, I attended my field school at a Paleoindian site in Maine and have been in love with archaeology since. I am interested in Paleoindian archaeology, hunter-gatherer societies, and lithic technology. I am currently a student researcher with United States Army Corps of Engineers and have worked across the country on both architectural preservation efforts and archaeological sites. When I am not busy, I enjoy reading, playing with my dogs, traveling, and being outside.
