Welcome to the UW Art Intensive (2024)!

 

This year’s Art Intensive will consist of focused, intensive workshops in a multitude of areas (listed below) and is designed for outstanding high school students with a strong interest in art. In addition, we will also be featuring a short Art History lecture and a Foundations presentation, both of which will precede studio work for all students!

Registration will start at approximately at 8:00am Friday, November 15th, in the lobby of the Visual Arts Building on the University of Wyoming's Campus (just east of the UW Art Museum). You will receive a detailed itinerary via email closer to the event.

Teachers! -- Please bring minor forms to check-in or email them to Lexis Hamilton at lhamil10@uwyo.edu

All students who are participating will need to have completed minor forms. Otherwise, they are not able to participate.

 

Registration Deadline: November 1st, 2024!

Cost

 

The cost for the Art Intensive, including meals and materials, is $30 per student. You are responsible for the procurement of your own lodging, if you chose to do so. Meals will include lunch on Friday and Saturday. You will be invoiced for your student registrations upon successful completion of online registration.

 

Payment is NO LATER than time of check-in on November 15th.
-We accept card, cash, and check.
-Upon successful registration, we will email you an invoice.

If any cancellations are received AFTER November 8, 2024 you will still be required to pay the full invoiced fee!
