A Message from Interim Dean Freng

Saddle Up is just a couple short weeks away, and we can't wait to have first-time and returning students back on campus again. It's been very busy for all departments and units across the College of A&S, and we are excited to share the latest updates with you.The end of last week also marked the conclusion of my tenure as Interim Dean. I want to take a moment to thank the college community for your support and patience throughout this time. I look forward to returning to my previous role as Associate Dean and continuing to serve the college in that capacity. Welcome back, Dean Turpen!

You may not be as tough as the famous bull fighter from Meeteetse, Dusty Tuckness, but staff and volunteers from the Wyoming Center on Aging partnered with the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, the Wyoming Department of Health Chronic Disease Prevention Program, the American Heart Association and others to promote the "Tough Enough to Know Your Numbers?" education and outreach campaign about high blood pressure awareness at the 2025 Cheyenne Frontier Days celebration on Cheyenne Day. The group was met by several cameo appearances including Miss Wyoming, Anna Claire Musick, and Governor Gordon and First Lady Jennie Gordon.
