2025 ASUW Elections Candidates

These are the candidates running in the 2025 ASUW election! Remember to vote from April 22-24 @ 2pm in the Student Hub in WyoCourses! These candidates are listed in alphabetical order by last name, and a candidates placement on this list is not indicative of preference or endorsement.

Our campaign is built on a proven record of success– from championing Good Samaritan legislation at the state level to securing a vote center on campus in 2026, we have demonstrated our ability to deliver meaningful results for you. Our administration will prioritize advocacy for students and tackle pressing campus issues, such as increasing opportunities for student organization funding and expanding the food for parking program. With a clear vision and actionable plans, we aim to create an inclusive and thriving university community that addresses student needs and elevates your voices in decision-making processes.

Candidates for President and Vice President

If elected we will ACT(Advocacy, Community, Trust). We will focus on increasing student representation both in ASUW and to upper administrators. We will encourage more issues to be sent out to students for review such as parking and food options on campus. Our community focus will continue efforts to expand ASUWs involvement with student organization funding and advisor support. We hope to build trust by bringing ASUW to the student body instead of waiting for you to come to us.

I am qualified for this position because of my extensive experience working with ASUW. I was the First-Year Senate (FYS) Presiding Officer, as well as the Chair of FYS Steering and Procedures. If elected, I want to work with Fraternity and Sorority Life on comprehensive anti-hazing legislation for Wyoming.

I intend to use my unique skillset to represent fellow students, using my involvement in athletic, religious, academic, and political settings to take actions to support students across a broad spectrum of talents and interests.

As an ASUW Senator, I have and will continue to outreach to students. I am passionate about helping out our student organizations, and advocating for the safety and wellbeing of students. As a senator, I’ll continue to fight for all students and work towards lifting up all voices on campus.

If elected to ASUW, I will work to promote a transparent and dependable system that serves the needs of all individuals and groups. I want to serve my community just as my father taught me. He taught determination, reliability, and humility. These are traits I live by and will promote.
