The Associated Students at the University of Wyoming offer funding for Student Organizations (SO) who are hosting events and/or attending conferences and competitions. These funds come directly from the ASUW student fee. The following pages offer assistance and support regarding funding, storage, catering, marketing and other resources for SO's.

Applying for Funding through ASUW can be an intimidating process. We hope that the information on this page can provide you step-by-step information for your student organization and what the process might look like depending on the kind of request your SO is making.

ASUW offers marketing assistance to Student Organizations. Fill out the marketing request form on this page and email our Director of Marketing at email@example.com with questions.
Student Organizations are allowed to used ASUW Funding for catering for their event. Find more information about SO Event Catering on this page.

Formerly known as the Campus Activities Center, the Office of Student Organizations and Entertainment within CSIL has numerous resources to support and assist SO’s in their events, marketing, finances, organizational management and more.
Once approved for funding, SO’s are more than welcome to come and visit our Directors and Advisors to ask questions. We are more than happy to assist SO’s with funding, programming, event-planning and marketing questions.
