Spring is around the corner, and our Entrepreneurship Program is blooming with success! We're excited to announce that our program has been awarded the national Model Emerging Program Award at the USASBE Conference. This award recognizes our efforts in developing an outstanding entrepreneurship program with a significant impact on our students. Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) Takes Outreach Efforts to the Wind River Reservation
The University of Wyoming Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) recently held an outreach event on the Wind River Indian Reservation. As a part of our ongoing community education and outreach efforts, the event aimed to provide valuable information and resources to low-to mid-income taxpayers in federal tax disputes. The LITC offers free legal representation to taxpayers who meet certain income and dispute requirements, and provides consulting services to all, regardless of income. We're committed to making quality tax advice and representation accessible to all Wyoming residents, and events like this one are just one of the many ways we're working to achieve that goal.
