Scholars Program

The UW College of Business Scholars Program is a four-year undergraduate experience for high achieving business students.

At the UW COB, student success is a priority, and one of the ways this success is insured is through the student experience. “For high achieving students that are coming to us with exemplary academic records, we want to celebrate those achievements,” says Taylor True, Assistant Director of Enrollment Management at the UW College of Business. “One way to do this is by inviting a select group to enjoy additional experiential benefits through involvement in this program.”

The COB Scholars Program was specially crafted to keep constant elements in mind during a student’s academic journey: networking opportunities, access to executive speakers, international application, mentorship, and a team of individuals who are available as resources. Each year provides a hallmark experience, designed to give students a one-of-a-kind education.

Students are selected to the COB Scholars Program through a holistic process that reviews academic history and application responses. Applications for the Fall 2021 cohort open in November, with final selections being made in the spring. Past students selected for the Scholars Program have showcased an average ACT Score of 30.56; an average SAT score of 1338; and an average High School GPA of 3.9.
