Emily was born in Fort Collins, Colorado and grew up in the Denver/Aurora area.
She earned a biology degree from Regis University. She then spent 6 years being a
nanny. With various volunteer opportunities, such as being a phlebotomist at local
healthfairs, she kept returning to the idea of medical school. She finally left her
comfort zone and moved, not only out of state, but out of the country to attend medical
school in Grenada, West Indies. She is thrilled for the opportunity to complete residency
in Cheyenne as it brings her close to home, yet offers her and her immediate family
a new and exciting place to call home. She chose Family Medicine for its wide scope
of practice. She has strong interests in Women's Health and Preventative Medicine.
She looks forward to providing medical care to the community of Cheyenne for years
to come.
