My research interests pertain to behavioral economics and experimental economics, applied to a broad range of topics. To mention a few, I study how natural disasters affect people’s preferences and behavior, overall and for subgroups of the population (including religious groups); the value people attach to information about risk; and the effect of policies in pandemics.
