Maria Jacome Espinoza

Maria Jacome Espinoza stepped into her role as Business Manager for the departments of History, Modern & Classical Languages, and English in 2025. Before that, she worked in cross-functional management roles focused on research, analytics, and consulting in both the U.S. and abroad. Her career has taken her through higher education, government, finance, agroindustry and tech, giving her a broad perspective on how different organizations work and adapt.

 

She holds an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Southern Utah University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.

 

Maria takes a collaborative, solution-focused approach to her work. She enjoys helping departments make sense of processes, navigate systems, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
