Vending Services is pleased to provide and maintain an assortment of vending equipment on campus.
All on-campus housing provides laundry facilities to its residents.
The Residence Halls have laundry facilities located in the basement
The University of Wyoming Apartments have a few locations available:
Spanish Walk: There is a laundry facility located on the lower level of each building.
River Village & Landmark Village: There is a laundry facility located in the Community Center
Bison Run Village: These laundry machines are not maintained through Vending Services. If you are experiening issues, please submit a work request.

Open the app, select the washer or dryer number
Enter the amount, press pay, and the machine will start its cycle
Coin-Operated
The University of Wyoming Apartments, and a select few in the Residence Halls do accept quarters.

Placing, managing, and servicing all vending machines on campus.
Looking to use cash? Unfortunately, all of our machines on campus are cashless. However, you can add Dining Dollars (available to use at on campus dining locations and vending machines) to your card online. If you are looking to add Campus Dollars (available to use at campus dining locations, vending machines, and the University Store). To add Campus Dollars you can:
Use the PHIL Machine. Located by the Information Desk and elevator in the basement of Washakie Dining Center. This machine allows you to check your Campus Dollars Balance or add money to your account. The machine accepts cash ($1, $5, $10, and $20 bills). There is no limit on the minimum and there is no fee.
By visiting the WyoOne ID Office located at 167 Information Technology Center. Open during business hours. You can add money to your Campus Dollars account via cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard. There is a $5 minimum that must be added if using a Visa/Mastercard, otherwise there is no minimum or fee. You can add Campus Dollars via Visa/Mastercard over the phone by calling 307-766-5268 during business hours. If you are the WyoOne card holder, you can check your Campus Dollars and/or Dining Dollars balance while in the office. No balances will be given over the phone.
If you have used cash and it was below $5 please visit Union Information Desk or the Central Scheduling Desk in the Classroom Building.
If you have used cash and it was above $5 please visit vending office in Hill Hall.

If you have used a debit card or credit card please call our credit card provider (USAT) at 1-888-561-4748 ()ption 1). Note: Your bank may place a hold up of up to $8 for a single transaction. The hold will drop off in most cases in 24 hours depending on their banks' terms.
