Introduction
Jeff has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist since 2013. Prior to becoming a
full-time faculty member at the University of Wyoming in January 2025, he was a full-time
faculty member for five years at the University of Northern Colorado in the Department
of Nutrition and Dietetics. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Jeff has practiced
in clinical inpatient and outpatient, community, and sports nutrition settings. Prior
to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Jeff was a Certified Personal Trainer
through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Information Systems from the
University of Toledo

Jeff particularly enjoys spending time with his dog, travelling, climbing, hiking,
mountaineering, skiing, snowshoeing, SUPing, kayaking, and volunteering with an animal
sanctuary in Erie, CO.
