It is an as-needed position.
Priority Scheduling – Priority Scheduling is quickly approaching to reserve space in the Wyoming Union. Student organizations have the ability to reserve rooms for meetings and events April 13 – 17. Attached you will find the Priority Scheduling Timeline and a brief explanation of how the process works. Please note, your request is not finalized until you receive confirmation after week 5 of Priority Scheduling. After receiving your confirmation, please review it to ensure everything is correct. When submitting your request, it is recommended you also provide alternative dates if your first request cannot be accommodated. Make your request by emailing unionres@uwyo.edu.

CPH and IFC ASUW Liaison Applications – Our councils are looking to fill their ASUW Liaison positions for the fall 2020, spring 2021 academic term! Remote Campus Resources – While campus is closed, there are still resources available!
Intramural Sports – Half-Acre is still programming intramural events remotely. Please see the attached fliers for updates and offerings. In addition to active sports, the office is offering Madden, NBA 2K, FIFA and Rocket League eSports leagues.
SLCE Virtual Food Drive – The SLCE office is getting ready to launch a virtual food drive through Food Bank of the Rockies. Food Bank of the Rockies supplies a number of Laramie nonprofits and food pantries (in addition to serving parts of Colorado!) Donating through virtual means allows FBR to purchase food at a discounted rate, rather than in-kind food drives that include retail markups and overhead. With this system FBR can turn each dollar donated into four meals. Email slce@uwyo.edu by Wednesday for more information or to participate. The main fundraising page can be found here if you would also like to share it on social media.
Summer Job Opportunity – Join Feeding Laramie Valley for a summer job. There are five positions open for the summer term. See attached flier for details.
