Grethe joined the legal staff at the University of Wyoming in 2025 as Associate General
Counsel.
Grethe has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Wyoming
and graduated from Texas Wesleyan (now Texas A&M) Law School. She is also a Lieutenant
Colonel in the United States Air Force as a reserve attorney (JAG).
Grethe’s duties in providing legal support and guidance to the University include,
but are not limited to:

Class Action Lawsuits
Contracts
