Haley spent the previous five years as a prosecuting attorney, four of which were in Laramie. She prosecuted everything from aggravated felonies with life sentences to traffic tickets, and specialized in Special Victims Unit crimes. Haley received her dual Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Environment and Natural Resources from UW in 2018 and her Juris Doctorate from UW in 2020.
