Jeff joined the Office of General Counsel in 2024 and is currently an Associate General Counsel.
Jeff is a Wyoming native. He received his undergraduate degree in Agriculture from the University of Wyoming and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2012. Jeff spent eleven years in private practice in Laramie, Wyoming focusing on business organization and estate planning. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Jeff served twenty years in the Wyoming Air National Guard where he retired as a Master Sergeant in 2020.
