The WyoOne ID card is your University identification card. It allows you to write checks on campus, use library services, apply for a parking permit, access recreational facilities (purchased separately), and to receive a discount on athletic tickets (restrictions apply).
It can also be used as a debit card for on-campus purchases. Spouses and dependent children are eligible for a card. Contact the WyoOne ID Office in Information Technology Center (ITC) or (307) 766-5267.
Direct Deposit is available for all UW employees. Contact the Payroll Office, Hill Hall, (307) 766-2217.
Vehicle and motorcycle parking permits are available to employees. Contact Transit and Parking Services @ Hill Hall Room 427, (307) 766-9800.
Campus Recreation membership includes the use of free and machine weights, climbing wall, running track, multi-use hardwood courts, cardio machines, pools, and the intramural sports, club sports, and the Outdoor Adventure Program services. A variety of classes are available. Membership requires semester, annual fee payment or monthly payroll deduction. For more information or to sign up stop by the Half Acre service window in the main lobby of the building or call (307) 766-5586.
The state contributes one $20 contribution per month toward an elected tax sheltered supplemental retirement plan.

A UWYO domain account is required to request an administrative computer account.

A wide range of personal and professional development opportunities are available, free of charge, to all UW employees. Examples of topics are supervisor development, communication, teamwork, time management, safety, and defensive driving (to fulfill UW requirements and to possibly reduce your insurance rates).
There is a regular schedule of course offerings, online courses that can be taken anytime at your convenience, and special sessions can be developed and conducted throughout the state.
