Kaleb Palmer

Kaleb Palmer is a second-year law student at the University of Wyoming College of Law with a strong interest in energy law. Growing up in Colorado, he spent his summers working on trail maintenance and restoration projects, fostering an early commitment to environmental stewardship. He earned dual degrees in Energy Systems Science (ESS) and Environment and Natural Resources (ENR) from the University of Wyoming, with a focus on the data analysis aspects of environmental and resource management. This academic foundation deepened his passion for energy law and regulation, and he aspires to make a meaningful impact in shaping sustainable and effective energy policy.
