Alexander is Author of New Health Law Book

Melissa Alexander, the Carl M. Williams Professor of Law and Ethics, is the author, with Deborah Farringer, of Questions and Answers, Health Law, a new release in the popular Q&A series from Carolina Academic Press. Wide-ranging topics include public health, hospital governance, human subject research, malpractice, fraud, abuse, antitrust, organ transplantation, and end-of-life issues. It offers questions about the Affordable Care Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and recent Supreme Court cases.

Another Questions and Answers author is James Delaney, College of Law Centennial Distinguished Professor of Law. His book, Questions and Answers: Federal Income Tax, is now in its second edition.
