Cass Kvenild, Interim Dean of Libraries

Biography:

Cass Kvenild is the interim dean of Libraries at UW.  Her research interests include library services to distance learners as well as the intersection of technology and student learning in libraries. Her recent publications examine the role of library collections, partnerships, and catalog records in promoting STEM curricula in K-12 classrooms.

Cass is an elected delegate on OCLC's Americas Regional Council. She also serves on the WEST Operations and Collections Council, the University Press of Colorado Board of Trustees, and the Journal of Technology Integrated Lessons and Teaching editorial board.
