Contact me about: library account issues, billing fee questions, circulation policies, and other concerns.
Shannon has worked in libraries for over 20 years, focusing on customer service, student
employment, and library circulation software. She manages the Help Desk at Coe Library,
which includes library accounts, circulation activities, borrowing policies, study
rooms, course reserves, and the Prospector service.
Shannon holds a B.A. in Gender Studies from the University of Wyoming. Outside work,
she enjoys reading, solving word puzzles, and keeping her houseplants alive.
