Logan is originally from Lubbock, Texas and completed his undergraduate degree in Music Education from Boise State University in the Spring of 2023. His main instrument is the tenor trombone. During his time at Boise State, he performed in numerous wind ensembles such as the Blue Thunder Marching Band, Symphonic Winds, All-Campus Concert Band, and Trombone Choir. Outside of Boise State, Logan was a marching band tech for Mountain View High School, where he also served as an assistant director, served as a Visual Tech/Administrator for the Boise Gems Drum and Bugle Corps inaugural season in 2023, and was heavily involved with Kappa Kappa Psi, a national service band fraternity. When he is not conducting, performing, or teaching, Logan enjoys spending time with his partner of 5 years, Elizabeth Alcaraz, and taking their 3 year old pug, Brahms, on walks and exploring Wyoming!
