Experiential Leadership Program

Upon completion of the Strategic Project Initiative (Summer Project Program), students spend one week in the beautiful Wind River Mountains camping, hiking, and learning about leadership. The group sets out on this Experiential Leadership Program with the goal being to improve leadership competence and to focus on teamwork in a not so typical setting. What is learned in the wilderness is discussed and brought back to be applied to everyday life in the business world.
