MGM's comedy "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" will be shown and discussed Thursday at 7 p.m. in Room 186 of the UW College of Law Building.

Monday, June 14, 7 p.m. -- Summer Classics Institute public lecture,  "Women and Wealth in Republican Rome," Marilyn Skinner, University of Arizona classics professor, Room 186 of the UW College of Law Building. Free.

Tuesday, June 15, 7 p.m. -- Summer Classics Institute public lecture, "Celebrating a Trojan Ancestry," Laua DeLozier, UW classics lecturer, Room 186 of the UW College of Law Building. Free.

Wednesday, June 16, 7 p.m. -- Summer Classics Institute public lecture, "Hannibal's Dreams: Cicero and Other Writers Remember the Wars," Eleanor Winsor Leach, Indiana University classics professor, Room 186 of the UW College of Law Building. Free.

Thursday, June 17, 6-8 p.m. -- Reception for "Origins," an exhibition by University of Wyoming printmakers, Laramie's Gallery 211. Free. It will be on view through July 9. Located at 211 S. 1st St., Gallery 211 is open from noon-4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and from 2-6 p.m. Saturdays.
