University of Wyoming Calendar for May 22

These are among the activities scheduled May 22-28 at the University of Wyoming:

Tuesday, May 23, 7 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “IBEX: The Search for the Edge of the Solar System.” Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204.

Friday, May 26, 8 p.m. -- Planetarium show, “American Astronomy.” A free STAR Observatory tour (weather dependent) follows at 9 p.m. Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204.

Saturday, May 27, 10 a.m. -- Three new exhibitions open at the UW Art Museum. Free.

Saturday, May 27, 11 a.m. -- Planetarium show, “To Infinity and Beyond!” Tickets cost $3 for students and $4 for non-students, Physical Sciences Building basement. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204.

Dinosaur skeletons, ancient mammal fossils and other exhibits are on display in the UW Geological Museum, open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.

The UW Department of Botany’s Williams Conservatory is open to the public Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Free.
