These are among the activities scheduled Feb. 10-16 at the University of Wyoming:

Monday, Feb. 10, 3:30 p.m. -- Bill Barron, regional coordinator for Citizens’ Climate Lobby, will discuss local, state and regional actions related to climate change legislation and the Washington, D.C., political landscape. His talk is part of the UW Department of Economics Guest Speaker Seminar Series. It will take place in the UW College of Business Building, Room 21. Free.

Monday, Feb. 10, 5 p.m. -- As part of Black History Month events at UW, “A Reconsideration of the Legacy of Rosa Parks” will be presented in Coe Library, Room 123. Free.

Tuesday, Feb. 11, 7 p.m. -- The UW Harry C. Vaughan Planetarium presents “Our Wyoming Sky” in the Physical Sciences Building basement. Tickets cost $3 for students and $5 for nonstudents. Tickets for children under age 5 are free. Advance tickets are available in the Physical Sciences Building, Room 204, or by going online at www.uwyo.edu/physics/planetarium.

Wednesday, Feb. 12, 9-11:30 a.m. -- The Wyoming Center on Aging, based at UW, will host Healthy U, a health workshop for people managing chronic pain and their friends, family and caregivers. The workshop will be at the Eppson Center for Seniors, located at 1560 N. Third St. in Laramie. There is no cost to attend. To register, call (307) 766-2765 or email dduhamel@uwyo.edu.

Wednesday, Feb. 12-Friday, Feb. 14, 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 15, 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. -- The UW Department of Theatre and Dance will present “Eurydice” in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts Studio Theatre. Tickets cost $14 for the public, $11 for senior citizens and $7 for students. Thursday, Feb. 13, 7 p.m. -- StudioWYO will host the Going Nowhere Quartet, a folk and bluegrass quartet, in The Gardens, located in the lower level of the Wyoming Union. Free.

Thursday, Feb. 13, 7:30 p.m. -- The UW Wind Symphony and Symphonic Band will present “Poetry in Sound” in the Performing Arts concert hall. Tickets cost $10 for the public, $7 for senior citizens and $6 for students. Friday, Feb. 14, 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. -- UW’s 7220 Entertainment Films Committee will screen “Sorry to Bother You” at 6:30 p.m. and “Harriet” at 9 p.m. in the Wyoming Union Family Room. Free.

Friday, Feb. 14, 8 p.m. -- The UW Harry C. Vaughan Planetarium presents “Hearts of the Sky” in the Physical Sciences Building basement. Tickets cost $3 for students and $5 for nonstudents.
