All University of Wyoming employees and students are required to complete a training module to learn more about COVID-19 policies and public health best practices.
The training requirement remains a part of the university’s revised fall return plan. The training is done online and requires about 20-30 minutes to complete.
-- Students can access the training by following the link below to the “Return to Campus Student Training” in WyoCourses. After you are prompted to complete your student account login, the course screen should appear. Click on the “Return to Campus Student Training” assignment. Students must view the videos and finish the knowledge checks throughout the training in order have successfully completed the training. Students must complete the training by Wednesday, Aug. 19.

-- Faculty and staff members can access the training through UW’s Employee LearnCenter under My Learning Plans. You have received a system-generated email from HRTrain@uwyo.edu directing you to the training. The training should be completed by Aug. 24. Within the training, please ensure you complete the Policy Review and Acknowledgment and continue to complete the End of Course Quiz that comes after. For employees who have not completed training, system-generated emails from HRTrain@uwyo.edu will provide reminders to the employee and supervisor at seven and three days out from training due date.
Student employees will have to complete both the student and employee versions of the training, as each training has specific information pertaining to that demographic.
The required training is one of several steps the university is taking to prepare for the return to campus amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
